INSPECTION SCHEDULED
To schedule your inspection you may call, email, or request your inspection via this website. Whether you are the buyer, seller, or real estate professional, we will handle all of the details of getting your inspection scheduled as promptly as possible.
DURING THE INSPECTION
The inspection process typically takes 3-4 hours. You/your realtor are not required to attend the entire inspection in person, but we do encourage you to meet our inspector on-site for a review of our findings. At this time you will have the opportunity to walk the property, ask questions and learn about the major components being inspected.
AFTER THE INSPECTION
You/your realtor will receive a digital copy of our findings in a written report within 24 hours, typically the very same day. This report includes pictures and a summary of deficiencies discovered during the inspection.
