8 Things to do Before Listing your Home
There are many things involved in the home buying and selling process. We have put together some simple things a homeowner can do to get their home in prime selling condition before it is put on the market.

1. Gather service/repair records for all major systems and appliances.

It is also important to clear the immediate vicinity around the water heater, main electric panel and attic door to allow inspector access to these areas.
